| It's only a few years old, but at the time durrrr was the upcoming star, the best cash game player, and he acted like he knew he was the best. But things move fast, nowadays he's just a decent cash game player who gets crushes whenever he plays the top cash gamers like Isildur in 2009, Jungleman now. Back then people thought he'd be the best player ever within a few years, winning big tournaments. But his tournament career failed, people like Mercier, Selbst etc. now do what he failed to do. |

Someone once asked Doyle Brunson who was the best new player on the scene and he replied, "Ask me in twenty years". Durrrr, Galfond, Antonius have been in the top games for five or six years now. Not bad. Isildur and Jungleman just arrived. Can't yet say if they're for real or just temporary lucky standard deviations. Even more so for tourneys. Out of thousands of players, some will hit hot lottery streaks. |
