I'm chinese I know how to play this game. There is a royalty where you can auto-scoop if you happen to have 3 straights and that's the only time you can have a 3 card straight at the front

he has 3 straights and thats means auto win. 3 points.
its like saying no royal flush or something in old em. Autoscoop with dragon/3flushes/3str8s/6pairs/ is basically normal. and is a rule of the game.

you can better ask yourself if you know how to play chinese poker.. Most people mistake chinese poker with big 2. which 2 of spades is highest and 3 of diamonds the lowest.. which isnt the game what they are playing.
