No, that's why they have the forms that you fill out. If you won here in the U.S. and didn't pay taxes, the casino screwed up. If you gave them your name and info, you will get a bill. So either your lieing, or your screwed. When you win over a certain amount, the casino fills out their own form for there profit/loss statement.
