Now, on a more serious note, I STRONGLY recommend talking to as many surgeons as you can. The first I spoke to made me feel pretty bummed, and disappointed. The next was much more friendly, and helpful. You're getting surgery to change your body, don't go with the first jerk who's willing to stick a balloon in your chest.
