Preflop Sammy made ... ( 8 months ago by MJPerry)
Preflop Sammy made a horrible call to the 3-bet.
On the flop someone should've bet.
Q should've slowed Hudson down, then he could have seen the river and easily gotten away from TTTAA when he's beaten by AA, QQ, JJ, AQ and AJ; all of which are plausible holdings for Farha. Stacking off for 200BBs there is a bit iffy.
All that said, I'd probably do the same.

he bet all in because he thought he flopped the nuts. he never thought in a million years that of the three cards that could beat him that farha had the two best ones. face it, when you flop a full boat you, the LAST thing you're gonna say is 'wow, i flopped a boat....too bad i'm gonna fold it'. hudson was prolly gonna tell his granchildren how he eliminated the big bad professional on his way to a bracelet and instead his grandkids will laugh at him when they see this on youtube 2151.

OMG, I feel really bad for Hudson. Face it, you cannot avoid that hand. Only thing that comes to your mind is, How to double ur money and get into lead. Guy with Hudson thought that if someone calls his raise, then that person prolly only has trip aces. This is very cold deck and very horrible laydown for Hudson. For those of you who are saying that they would've folded pocket 10s, stop talking out of your ass, get yo asses in the tournament, and play in this same situation. u would prolly bust.
i think he couldve ... ( 1 month ago by insaneoffoe)
i think he couldve layed it down on the turn, his shove was a huge overbet and very bad. why not call, let farha "valuebet" his aces again. probably not even the straight wouldve called that shove and AQ AT QQ had him beat, and they perfectly fit in farhas range. then again, farha is what i would call a total preflop maniac, he could hold pretty much anytwo.
i'm not saying he should fold it, i wouldnt, but its not like it would be impossible to do, i've seen 1 or 2 tougher laydowns

You moron - if you actually did that you should'nt be playing poker. No man alive can make that laydown, Unless your oponent either showed you he had the AK or if you for some reason by accident layed it down.. You are refering to that you knew your oponent so whell that you just knew. right? Seriously. stick to your dayjob.

He did flop the ... ( 3 weeks ago by EdDy4RheelZ)
He did flop the nuts. At the flop, nothing can beat him. He had A 10. Only hand that can beat him on the flop is 4 of a kind but nobody can have that because he has an Ace. So therefore, he did flop the nuts. Meaning of nuts is having cards where nothing can beat you or at least having the best 5-card hand in something, such as nut-straight, nut flush, etc.

I laid down quads against Jenny Harman on Poker After Dark last week, she showed a straight flush. Then four hands later, Phil Hellmuth pushed to my bluff on the river, I'd missed my straight, but I suspected him of missing a flush, and called with king high. I won the pot and took him out. Mike Matusow said it was the best call he'd ever seen. hellmuth went mad. I'm brilliant.
