It's not about the hand, it's about the situation. If you have like QQ and the board reads KQJT2 and someone tight pushes all-in, you're gonna make an easy laydown with a set. There are a bunch of situations where it's easy to get away from 3 of a kind. In that case it was not as easy but like kevin said, he's a favorite against nothing except a bluff, and it's pretty unlikely that Juanda would bluff in that position.
Not to say it's an easy laydown, obv. It hurts. But it just has to be made.

the other people at the table are surprised by his laydown.
btw if you think daniels fold was easy and you play poker your losing money, either folding too often or playing too cautious, you can't have the nuts every hand. juanda easily could have had two pair as well or maybe Q 10 of spades or Q 8 of spades yes i know the girl had it but they couldn't know that.

how is this an easy insta-laydown. As zex points out negreanu could very well have juanda beat. It really is a great read and is certaintly not classified as an "easy insta laydown". In fact many people would probably consider this a call.

Good read, not the best though. Going all-in after a raise and call would suggest a very strong hand - probably either 99 or Jx. Juanda wouldn't have limped in with QQ-AA, so Negreanu correctly assessed that he was beat. Easy laydown.
